Gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9blocage de financements, au travers notamment du plan de relance P\u00eache et Aquaculture d\u00e9croch\u00e9 en septembre dernier, la startup Dr\u00f4moise peut financer le d\u00e9but des travaux de sa ferme aquaponique. Les diff\u00e9rents corps de m\u00e9tiers vont se succ\u00e9der pendant les 6 prochains mois pour faire sortir de terre la version grandeur nature de la Ferme Int\u00e9grale de pr\u00e8s de 7000m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p><p>Nous souhaitons valoriser au maximum les partenaires locaux c&rsquo;est pourquoi nous avons \u00e0 c\u0153ur de nous appuyer sur des expertises pr\u00e9sentes localement. Pour atteindre notre capacit\u00e9 de production maximale, nous construisons pr\u00e8s de 6000m<sup>2<\/sup> de serre mara\u00eech\u00e8re gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;intervention de l&rsquo;entreprise Richel bas\u00e9e dans le quart sud-est apr\u00e8s un terrassement confi\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise familiale Cheval TP. Sur le volet piscicole, nous nous appuyons sur des partenaires r\u00e9gionaux avec la ma\u00eetrise d&rsquo;\u0153uvre confi\u00e9e \u00e0 AGC et le b\u00e2timent construit sur une structure bois par l&rsquo;entreprise Royan charpente \u00e0 moins de 10 km \u00e0 vol d&rsquo;oiseau.<\/p><p>Depuis 2021, notre ferme pilote de 772m<sup>2 <\/sup>\u00e9tait sur pied. Une chapelle de serre pour sa production horticole (\u00e9pinard, salades, pak cho\u00ef, aromatiques\u2026) et un b\u00e2timent rassemblant la pisciculture (sandre) et les bureaux. Sur ce premier d\u00e9monstrateur, l&rsquo;ensemble des compartiments de production ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9prouv\u00e9s afin de s\u00e9curiser le passage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle sup\u00e9rieure de capacit\u00e9 de production. Prise en main avec succ\u00e8s par une \u00e9quipe toujours aussi impliqu\u00e9e, cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a permis d\u2019appr\u00e9hender et de ma\u00eetriser l\u2019outil de production, mais \u00e9galement de travailler les d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After 1 year's operation of its commercial pilot built in May 2021, the Ferme Int\u00e9grale is starting work on its transition to large-scale production.
